DIAZ Hidilyn took the first ever Olympic Gold for Philippines in Women’s 55kg. DIAZ set four Olympic Records with 124kg and 125kg C&J, also 221kg and 224kg Total. Just only 1 kg than the second, LIAO Qiuyun (CHN), in C&J. CHINSHANLO Zulfiya (KAZ) was the third with 213kg Total. In addition, NABIEVA Muattar (UZB) did her great lift 98kg Snatch for the Olympic Records in this event.
