Recently, the IWF Special and Electoral Congress was held during 25 – 25 June at Tirana, Albania. As a result, there new IWF president and Executive Board to lead the IWF for the bright future of weightlifting.
In this regard, let’s congratulate to the Asian candidates; Mr. Mohammed JALOOD, Ms. Hiromi MIYAKE, Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Alharbi, Mr. Tom Liaw and Ms. Wen Hsin Chang, elected as IWF EB members. The new board has more female and athlete representative than ever before and looking forward to work for the future of weightlifting.
