Alikhan ASKERBAY (KAZ) added a Junior bronze (310kg) to his historic Youth gold, showcasing his immense talent across age groups.

Record Tally
The day concluded with an astonishing seven significant marks set:
4 Asian Youth Records: Snatch (141kg – Askerbay), Clean & Jerk (162kg – Kim, 169kg – Askerbay), and implied by the Total standard achievement (Askerbay’s 310kg).
3 World Youth records: Clean & Jerk (169kg – Askerbay) and Total (310kg – Askerbay).

Day 3 in Astana will be remembered for the sheer dominance of lifters like Alikhan Askerbay and Xeniya Prozorova (competing across age groups), the thrilling battles in the 71kg categories, and, most significantly, the avalanche of youth records tumbling. The stage is set for an equally explosive final day of competition.
