In this morning, the AWF Committee Meetings have been held at Marriot Ningbo, Ningbo, China. Madam Boossaba Yodbangtoey, AWF General Secretary, opened the speech to welcome all committee members together with Mr. Makhmudov Shakhrillo, AWF Acting President and Vice President. Moreover, it has been honored that we have the IWF representatives, Maj. Gen. Intarat Yodbangtoey, IWF First Vice President & AWF Honorary President and Mr. Mohammed Hasan Jalood AL-SHAMMARI, IWF General Secretary & AWF First Vice President, who joined in the meeting.
The meetings are consisted of Technical, Coaching & Research and Medical Committees, they were separated into three rooms for discussions after the opening speech. They have been discussed to find the way to promote and develop our Asian coaches and weightlifters to be one of the best in the world, also discussing in the technical regulations and rules which have been updated for 2019. The meetings were started at 10.00 a.m. and finished at 1.00 p.m.
