Congratulation to Uzbekistan! Braking World and Asian Records again

Today, let’s watch our big guys in Men 102kg, the young lifter, BEKBOLAT Rakhat (KAZ), showed his great power when he broke triple of Youth Asian records with 173kg – Snatch, 213kg – C&J and 386kg – Total. Moreover, this is Youth World Record in Snatch and Total, also Junior World record in C&J. In Total, MOTAMEDI SEDEH Rasoul (IRI) took the first place with 400kg (173+227), the star of Qatar, ELBAKH Fares Ibrahim E. H., came at the second at 396kg (174+222) and ANTROPOV Artyom (KAZ) for the third at 390kg (168+222).

In Men 109kg, congratulation for the host lifter NURUDINOV Ruslan who broke World and Asian Record in C&J – 241kg, also breaking Asian record in Total – 429kg (188+241). Another host lifter, DJURAEV Akbar also did well for the second at 428kg (194+234), just less only1kg. The Dragon lifter, YANG Zhe (CHN), lifted 200kg for the New World and Asian record in Snatch, but finished at the third – 415kg (200+215). In addition, GHADAMI Kia (IRI) won Bronze in C&J –  223kg in this category.

The last event of the day was Women 87kg and no problem for WANG Zhouyu (CHN). WANG lifted 286kg (126+160) for the Gold Medal, and her teammate, KANG Yue, won Silver with 273kg (118+155). Furthermore, MUNKHJANTSAN Ankhtsetseg (MGL) took the Bronze – 247kg (111+136) and this was the first medal for Mongolia team in this event. Tomorrow will be the last day, let’s come and cheer our athletes together.
