Pakistan Weightlifting Federation held the election on 3rd July 2020 at the Pakistan Olympic House Lahore via Zoom Application and In-Person. In this regard, the elections were supervised by the Chairman Election Commission of PWLF Mr. Zulfiqar Ali, Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan. Muhammad Jahangir, Deputy Secretary General Pakistan Olympic Association (POA), supervise the election on behalf of NOC Pakistan (POA) and Mr. Musa Haseeb on behalf of Pakistan Sports Board (PSB).
On this occasion, Mr. Mian Muhammad Aslam was elected as Chairman, also Mr. Hafiz Imran Butt as President and Ms. Nuzhat Jabeen as General Secretary. The following office bearers were elected unopposed for the next term of four years (2021-2025):
