Tashkent Day 3: JUNIANSYAH Rizki (INA) broke World Youth Record 2 times!

16th February 2020, Again, welcome to Uzbekistan Sport Complex, the competition venue of Asian Youth & Junior at Tashkent. The games still go on and it was excited to watch our young lifters in this competition.

The first event started with Men 67kg, MOLDODOSOV Elaman (KGZ) took Gold in Youth. It was surpised that TAISUYEV Saikhan (KAZ) who loose 6kg in Snatch can come back 7kg over YASIN Mohammad (INA) in C&J and won Gold- Total in Junior.

For Women 71kg, SUVONOVA Nigora, host lifter, did great job when she won both Youth and Junior in this bodyweight categories. Moreover, ZENG Yun-Xuan (TPE) won the Gold medal in Youth Women 76kg and JABBOROVA Tursunoy, another host lifter, took the first place, 42kg over the following for Junior.

We came to the last event – Men 73kg and JUNIANSYAH Rizki (INA), the Indonesian shining star, broke double World Youth Record in Snatch (139kg) and Total (307kg) and brought him to be the Gold Medalist in Youth while his teammate, ERWIN ABDULLAH Rahmat, also took the Gold for Junior category. It has 5 New World Youth Records in only 2 days, we can’t wait to see for the next ones!!
