Technical Official Basic course in Thailand was held during 6 – 10 May 2018 at Grand Southern Hotel, Thung Song, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand. This course supported by Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT), National Sports Development Fund (NSDF) and Thai Amateur Weightlifting Association (TAWA). Moreover, the expert lecturers from Asian Weightlifting Federation (AWF) came to teach and share experiences with participants, also the participants will have good experiences from 1st EGAT King’s Cup International Weightlifting Championships during the workshop at the venue.
In this occasion, it was honor that Maj.Gen.Intarat Yodbangtoey, IWF 1st Vice President and AWF Honorary President, presented a special lecture to the audiences. In addition, this course is a part of TAWA strategy for developing technical officials. There will be more technical officials who can perform their duties with all procedure in the coming events. It has 63 participants from Thailand and Southeast Asian countries participated in the course.
