The Executive Board agreed that Bahrain Weightlifting Federation, under Mr. Eshaq Ebrahim Eshaq leadership, will be the new host of 2022 Asian Weightlifting Championships in Manama, the Kingdom of Bahrain. The championships will be held during 6 – 16 October 2022 in Manama; including the meetings and congress. Moreover, the competition venue will be held in the Bahrain Conference Center at the Crowne Plaza hotel which may be the same place of the accommodation. Thus it would be convenience for all participant in this event. Kindly find the important details as follows:
– The Preliminaries Entries must be sent to Manama2022@bwf.bh by no later than 8th August 2022
– In accordance with article 5.5.16 of the IWF Anti-Doping Rules 2021whereabouts information of the athletes shall be submitted at minimum two (2) months prior to the event (by 8th August 2022)
– The Final Entries must be sent to Manama2022@bwf.bh by 8th September 2022
