October 26th, 2018 Chinese Weightlifting Association (CWA) announced that Ningbo will be the host city of 2019 Asian Weightlifting Championships (the Qualification Event for 2020 Olympic Games) during 20th – 30th April 2019, People’s Republic of China. Ningbo City has a history of over 7000 years. The excavation of Hemudu Site proved that Ningbo is one of the first places in the world of rice cultivation. We hope that everyone will participate and enjoy a great stay in Ningbo, City of Culture, in next year.
